This village was reeling under the throes of acute water shortage. They had to drive their cattle to distant regions in search of grass and greenery. Today they are happily taking three crops per year and cattle rearing has increased 10 fold. There is a series of 13 check dams above this because of which a perennial streamlet named by the villagers “Garnau ki Nadi” has started flowing from below this structure.
